Accommodation programme
Every year Home & Family receives between 250-350 phone calls requesting more information about our supported accommodation programme.
Home and Family offers a supported accommodation programme and emergency accommodation.
We take self referrals as well as referrals from community groups and statutory agencies such as Child Youth & Family. Our families stay either in our house, which can accommodate up to four families, or in one of two flats.
Families are supported by a dedicated residential care team. Our social worker, Sandra Talbot, oversees this service.
