Supervised Contact allows children to reestablish or maintain contact with a family member (usually a parent or caregiver). Throughout these sessions, whānau are given professional, structured support from Home and Family’s kaimahi to manage complex relationships safely. This support lays the foundation for families to reconnect, restore connection, and rebuild relationships.
Home & Family is a registered provider and member of ANZASCS (Aotearoa, New Zealand Association of Supervised Contact Services).
We accept self‑referrals for this service. To enquire or book a session, simply click the button below and a member of our team will be in touch to support you through the next steps.
Our brand-new, purpose-built children’s centre, ‘Kōmanawa’ (oasis), provides the perfect setting for whānau. With two large rooms available, each space is complete with toys, games, sofa, and accessible toilets. Each room comes with a private, secure outdoor space, complete with a play area, sandpit, and swing. While being warm and inviting, the space allows for constant supervision by the social worker to ensure child safety.
